Ok, new problem that just started today. We are no longer able to send text messages to our ATT recipients throught PageGate. All other recipients are working fine, just our ATT phones. I was able to send text messages to the ATT recipients through Google if that helps. We have not changed anything on the server end. Any suggestions?

What protocol are you using?
If SMTP - what does the debug level connector log showing? Are the messages being maeked "successful" or are they failing?_________________ Aaron D. Osgood

SMTP
It does not seem to even be opening the connector for ATT. We see Sprint, Verizon etc in the log, but not even an attempt for ATT.

Curious - "It does not seem to even be opening the connector for ATT"
1) Make sure your carrier is set to use SMTP
2) Make sure the intended recipient is pointed at the correct carrier
3) Make sure the recipient EMAIL format is correct (10digit@txt.att.net)
4) Make sure "SEND SUBJECT" is checked
5) Make sure "Alpha" is checked

If you go into the settings of Connector 1 in the Admin, do you have anything set for Dedicated Carrier? |

Hmm... well, since the log didn't have any AT&T transactions in it, please try to send a few messages out to someone on AT&T and then resend the pgdial1.log |
