It seems, when my staff types a message that has a high number of characters, the message doesn't come fully through. It gets cut off. This is happening no matter if it is going to an email, pager, and or text. Does anyone know why it happens and how to correct this?

What do you have for a limit in both the carrier and the recipient?

The max number of characters for an SMS is 160. So, set the carrier limit to 160 and the recipient limit anything above 160 and the program will split long messages into blocks of 160.

Right, that's because you changed it for both. If you set both the carrier and the recipient's max characters to 160, that tells the program that it should never send more than 160 characters to anyone and will truncate the messages.

Leave the carrier max characters at 160.

Set the recipients' max characters to anything over 160.
