Trouble with T-mobile

I have the NotePager Pro program at work and currently unable to send any messages to my co-workers that use T-mobile under SMTP format. I have tried @tmomail.net and @voicestream.net and am not able to send them any messages. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.

What are your symptoms? Are the messages showing successful but the device is not receiving them? Are the messages failing in NP? If failing, what does the log show as the reason?
