Is PageGate Server 5 fully functional on Server 2008 R2 64-bit?
It looks like back in May 2010, there was a problem getting the GetAscii module to work. Has that been resolved yet? Thanks.

. . .The only outstanding issue we have is with Server 2008 64-bit (not 32-bit) and that's the command line interface for the GetAscii module. We're working on coding a 64-bit compatible command line interface. . . it is fully functional in the 32-bit version but we don't currently have a CLI executable that will work in the 64-bit version. Unfortunately, I haven't been given a time table for the new CLI Executable. |

Yes, we've fixed the outstanding issues we had in the 64-bit operating systems and, at this point, everything should be fully compatible. It's worth noting, however, that the sendpage.exe that the GetAscii module has won't, of course, function. The sendpage32.exe, on the other hand, will. |

Tagging on to this, is it possible to set up PageGate in a cluster? We use PageGate as a critical system here for messaging, and are looking at ways of making it more fault-tolerant than we currently have it set up. Has anyone done this (clustering?)
