Windows 7 uses the same User Accounts Control Security that Windows Vista does, which means that you have to jump through a few hoops in order to authorize our program to function properly. Have a look at this video tutorial that will guide you through the steps on how to get it to work properly:

I uninstalled the program and re-installed the program exactly as the video states. This time it will not let me enter registration at all. It goes directly to the error after re-installing.

Is it the same Overflow Error #6? If so, what happens when you right click on the shortcut for the program and tell it to "Run as Administrator" ?

I changed the properties on the shortcut on my desktop and activated "run as administor" and the program appears to work properly.

Thank you very much for the assistance.

Another question for you: is there a file(s) or a folder that I can copy from my old program on my XP program that will convert all of my settings, etc... to the new computer. It would be nice to not have to re-enter my phone numbers, carriers, etc...

Thanks,
David

Don't copy the whole folder from the old system to the new, that could cause some issues. What you'll want to do is copy the npp.mdb file out of the Notepager Pro directory on the old system into the NotePager Pro directory on the new system. That will transfer over all of your carriers, recipients, groups, etc.
