| I find the recipients list takes too long to refresh when clearing it or when sending a message out. Is there any way that this can be sped up or the delay removed?

| How long is the recipients list taking to refresh? Normally it doesn't take more than half a second to a second and a half. How many recipients do you have in the program? |

| 1,800 recipients. It takes up to 3 - 5 seconds, at times, to refresh.

There really isn't a way to speed it up, no. NotePager Pro was never really intended to handle that volume of recipients and likely the volume of messaging that you do.
Since you have 1,800 recipients in your recipient list, my best recommendation would be for you to upgrade to PageGate. It's our server/client based system and it was written to handle that volume of messaging, having the capacity to handle more than 10,000 recipients. |

when you send a group message - how many recipients are members of the group? If you have hundreds of recipients in a group, the refresh will take a while since there is only 1 outbound message delivery path with the $29.95 NotePager Pro. If you need high volume capabilities, I suggest you look into PageGate instead. I have numerous PageGate installations all over the globe and most send thousands of messages daily using the multiple connector options_________________ Aaron D. Osgood
