Give this a try:
1) Left click on the Carriers menu.
2) Left click on Edit.
3) Highlight the US Cellular Carrier, left click on Edit.
4) Set the Protocol to: SMTP
5) Your Local Domain needs to be set to the latter half of your email address.
6) Enter in your Primary DNS into DNS Server 1 and your Secondary DNS into DNS Server 2. If you're not sure what either of these are, please contact your internet service provider or network admin and ask them.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Now that the Carrier has been added, left click on Recipients.
2) Left click on Add.
3) You can name the recipient whatever you like.
4) The Type should be normal and change the Carrier to: USCellular
5) In the "Email To" field, enter: 10digitcel@email.uscc.net (example: 7818290500@email.uscc.net)
6) Make sure that Alpha and Drop non-printable characters are cheked.
7) Click on Apply. |

If you would, please email your log file to us. Here's how to do that:
1) Open NotePager Pro.
2) Go to View - Dialer Log.
3) Left click on the Clipboard button.
4) Open your email program.
5) Create a new message to support at notepage dot com
6) In the subject line, enter: Forum Log
7) Place your cursor in the body of the message.
8) Hit Ctrl+V on your keyboard. |
