Message Length - set to 6000

We are attempting to send of a message in excess of 2000 characters. The GUI accepts to total characters, but the messages being recieved by the end users are only 1922 characters.

Any thoughts why pagegate is cutting off the messages?

It depends on what you're sending to and what protocol(s) you're using. Can you give me a little more information about how you have the program configured and who/what you're sending the messages through?

So they are all Mail messages going accross our own internal email servers. We are configured to send up to 6000 characters and there is no limitations on our email environment for character counts.

Two more questions. How are the messages being generated (through the GUI Client or one of the other Interfaces)? Also, are the max characters set to 6000 for both the carrier(s) and recipient(s)?

All messages are being generated through the GUI and all recipients and senders are set to 6000.
