Hi

Just downloading and running a trial version of PageGate, it seams to do what our customer is looking for. Its a very flexiable product.

We are simply looking to recieve TAP via Modem and then SMTP and / or SMS the messages to groups depending on
a) Time Profile
b) Content of Message
c) ID or CLI of TAP message

I cannot see a way of routing the message depending of content of the TAP, ie looking for keywords in the message.

However it does look like we can use the Ad-Hock Setting in your GetTap Interface to take a ID from the TAP message and route to appropiate group.

Your support pages are a little light around this area, when I enable Ad-Hoc TAP and add there is a drop down for Ad-Hoc recipient which is not populated.
Where can I set Recipients that Ad-Hoc picks up.

Running Windows 7 Professional

Many Thanks

Chris

You have to create an AdHoc recipient for each carrier
