SNPP - Chinese Characters?

Does PageGate support Chinese characters? We are sending to PageGate via SNPP (UTF-8).

Here is what's in the SNPP Log. Notice the weird characters.

2010-8-16 23:15:49 > 250 Pager ID 1234 Accepted
2010-8-16 23:15:49 < SUBJect SO#764 P2 #msg34806478# 客房101 电梯 – 失效

Here's what was sent (in Chinese):

8/16/2010 11:15:48 AM 250 Pager ID 1234 Accepted
8/16/2010 11:15:48 AM SUBJect SO#764 P2 #msg34806478# 客房101 电梯 – 失效

Unfortunately, no... PageGate doesn't support double-byte characters.
