Sorce address showing up in body of messages

I need some help determining how and why our current configuration for Pagegate is automatically attaching a sorce email address to the body of the message.

ie.

[i]***.TelAlert@***.com:Tech Bridge Start Page
Bridge#: 1-877-***-****ID ####
Incident: ###
Type: ???
App or infra: ???
Status:[/i]

Of course i took out the email address and the company name for obvious reasons, but the "***.TelAlert@***.com:" was not entered manually it shows up automatically.

Does your recipient have "Don't send from" and "Don't send domain" checked?

No, We want all users to have a send reciept from our sorce, but we do not want the sorce in the body of the message.

Right, put a check in "Don't send from" and "Don't send from domain" in the recipient settings. That just prevents that information from showing up in the body of the message and does not affect the headers at all.
