The PageGate Client appears to show all the groups (133) and only 2 of our 722 recipients. Is there a limit to how many recipients the Client can show or is there another problem?

Izzy,
If you go into the PageGate Admin on the server and go into the settings of one of the recipients not showing up in the client, is GUI Client checked under the Enabled Services? |

A quick way to enable the Client for everyone is to do this:
1) Open the PageGate Admin.
2) Go into the Interfaces - GUI Client - Settings.
3) Uncheck Enabled, click on Apply.
4) Tell it No, that you don't want it disabled for all existing groups and recipients.
5) Put a check in Enabled, click on Apply.
6) Tell it Yes, that you do want it to be enabled for all existing groups and recipients. |
