i can not get messages to go to one of my recipients, he has a Verizon Blackberry phone. i have tried both of the listed Verizon links found in the SMTP support but neither worked. i have the recipient send an email to my computer and instead getting his phone number it came in showing from: "his email". i tried using his email address and that did not work either. any ideas?

1) Use TAP
2) Use SMS via an attached Cellular Modem
3) Ask the recipient what his "Blackbery" address is (all blackberries have an individual email address assigned by the carrier through Research In Motion, the BB creator)
