If you would, please email the c:\program files\notepager pro\npp.log file to support at notepage dot com. That'll help me figure out why your messages aren't going through. |

That's odd. It should show up as a file named npp with an icon of a notepad if you have file extentions for known file types hidden in the OS. |

An alternate method of sending the log file is to do this:
1) Open NotePager Pro.
2) Go to View - Dialer Log.
3) Left click on the Clipboard button.
4) Go into your Email Program.
5) Create a new email to support at notepage dot com
6) In the subject line, type: Log File from Forum
7) Place your cursor in the body of the message.
8) On your keyboard, hit Ctrl+V |

Update for the forum thread. The base issue is that port 25 is not open for the network, so we'er tracking down the relevant SMTP server information. |

We have received your email and log and have replied, so if you check your email, you should have the steps on how to reconfigure the program. |
