I have a server that I moved from Michigan to Canada. It was configured and working fine in the US to sent SMS via TAP to Sprint. Now when I try to send SMS to Sprint it doesn't work. I do have this working for Rogers. Any suggestions?

Does the location in Canada require any additional dial codes to complete the call to the Sprint TAP host?

A better alternative is to use SNPP as the primary method and configure the DIAL TAP as a backup

Can you direct me to instructions on configuring SNPP? I tried it in NotePage Pro and get 'unable to connect to carrier'.

We have a video tutorial on that configuration type here:

The tutorial you'll be interested in is the Configuring an SNPP Carrier in NotePager Pro

Got it, thanks. Found out it was the firewall blocking outbound access. Working now.
