Hi, I am eveluating you app. and set up a carrier. However, when I send a page. It's not sent instead it's in pending. How can I check if there is any configuration error?

Please help!!!

Please send your connector logs. Also, it will be helpful if you can tell us your CARRIER settings and RECIPIENT settings. My best guess, given the limited info, is that it may not be properly configured to access the modem and dial tone

If they're just sitting in pending and not going anywhere at all, the Scheduler service probably isn't running. To enable it, open the PageGate Admin on the PageGate Server and go to Program - Settings. Once there, make sure that Scheduler is checked under "Run on this Server" and that you're running the program as a Service, not an application.

So does it mean when run in application mode, no pager will be sent?

NO - When it is running in APPLICATION mode - the PageGate server needs to be manually started after the PC is logged in. When the PageGate server is started, IT starts the licensed modules as services. When PageGate Server is shut down, it stops those services. When PageGate is run as a SERVICE, it automatically starts when the PC powers up. If your scheduler was not running, it is likely caused by a user permission setting on the PC. Is this, by any chance, a Vista installation?
