| I've received my new Login & Password for the Sprint SNPP gateway and have gone under there advanced tap in Pagegate but considering pagegate has both of these accounts on one line is there some type of seperator that is requried and if so can you provide a sample

The separator is a space. So, for example:
npage 3872
or
username password |

| I've tried it with a space and the messages keep getting rejected; is there anything elese I can try?

| If you have a look at the log file, is it telling you that your login has been rejected? |

I have seen many of these symptoms caused by sending from an IP address that is different than the one registred with the Sprint Enterprise group. Verify that you registered the correct IP_________________ Aaron D. Osgood

| I received the username and password from Sprint. I can log on using CMD and telnet but pagegate will not. Where do I put the user name in on the settings for SNPP?

You should have carriers named SPRINT and NEXTEL
Under the advanced tab - you'll see an authorization field
Enter the issued user name SPACE password_________________ Aaron D. Osgood
