| When you say that they're not clearing after session, do you mean after you shut the program down and re-open it, the variables aren't resetting to the 0 state? |

| That's quite strange, they're supposed to. If you would, try closing the program and leave it closed for between 20 and 30 seconds. Then re-open the program and let me know if it resets it. |

| I exited, waited, and restarted and it's the same. It's also sending out 2 email for every 1 message.

| this may sound like a terribly random question but how many people log on to the computer you're using the program on? How many user profiles do you have in Windows and how many of those user profiles use NotePager Pro? |

We do not have multiple users on the computer, we all use the same logon.

I'd be willing to bet that the issue has to do with the number of messages being hosted in the database in combination with the number of recipients you have. NotePager Pro wasn't ever really intended to handle that sort of volume, so it wouldn't surprise me if something had gotten cross-linked in the messages table.
So, having said that... if you would, please email the c:\program files\notepager pro\npp.mdb file to support at notepage dot com so I can have a look at a few things and do some testing on my end. |
