3219 Invalid Operation. in Procedure: SendGSM

[TJG476]

We recently installed a GSM modem. While messages are being sent we do occaisonally get a 3219 error. The message goes on to be sent out, but the errors set off our notification system (NotePager pro) and are something of an issue. Does anyone know why we would be seeing random errors?

What BAUD rate is the COM port set to - it should be 115,200
