I installed the free version of pageGate server and client for testing. When completed, I entered my registration information into pageGate admin. My client still appears to be running in a shareware state and only displays the first 2 recipients. Any idea what might be going wrong? Thanks so much

Have you modified any of the "Display Groups"? What display group is your client locked to? I know this sounds simple - have you stopped and restarted client since the registration? This is one way to force the client recipient list to refresh and reconnect to the database. Make sure the CLIENT is pointing at the registered database across the network

Actually, it's just a matter of the Client not being enabled for your other recipients. Try this:

1) Open the PG Admin.

2) Go to Interfaces - GUI Client - Settings.

3) Uncheck Enabled, click on apply.

4) Tell it yes, to disable it.

5) Put the check back in Enabled, click on Apply.

6) Tell it yes, to enable it.

Close and re-open the client, everyone should be there.
