I don't mean to ask a silly question but what funciton are you referring to? What happens when they open the PageGate Client? |

It immediately closes. Tried run as admin, windwos compatabilitiy modes, all in all I have sunk 90 minutes into it and have been wholly unsuccessful in getting it to run on a vista 32 machine.

Give this a try:
1) Completely uninstall the PageGate Client as it is now.
2) Download the installation file here: http://www.notepage.net/download/pgsetup.exe
3) When the file has finished downloading, right click on it and left click on Run As Administrator.
4) When prompted by Vista, say that you do want to continue.
5) During the installation, on Step 3, change the installation directory from c:\program files\pagegate client\ to c:\pagegate client\
6) After the installation finishes, the first time you run the PageGate client, right click on the shortcut and left click on Run As Administrator.
7) Fill in the relevant information and click on Apply.
After that, you should be able to run it as normal. |
