Interface not enaled for this recipient

Hello and thanks in advance for the help.

We run pagegate 5, and have a group of recepients who are not getting messages. One of the recepients does, but the rest do not. Theyre all configured the same (Same carrier, same group, same everything except the number)

In the scheduler log I note:

Message rejected for recepient xxxx in group yyy. Interface not enabled for this recipient.

This is the only error message that I can find.

This just started out of the blue, it used to work just fine.

Any logs I need to post or anything else is fine. Thanks again for the help!

How many recipients are you licensed for? How many recipients do you have? If you are sure that you have not exceeded your license level, a quick way to correct your issue is to go into ADMIN-> INTERFACES -> <whichever interface you're using> -> Uncheck ENABLED - (the system will ask if you are sure) -> APPLY -> Recheck ENABLED (the system will ask if you'd like the interfave enabled for ALL recipients)
