Verizon TAP 866-823-0501 has been BUSY this afternoon. I've never had this happen, especially for this long. Does anyone have any information about this?

Also, 866-337-4504 has also been BUSY this afternoon.

How can I find out what has happened?

As of April-13-2009, it seems to be working about 50% now. It is still busy a lot, though.

I called Verizon, and their tech had no idea what I was talking about. I had to walk them through just getting to their own webpage that told about it.
