There is not a way to delete that command from Notepager Pro - nor is there a need. The ERROR you are seeing is merely a response to an unsupported command. When NPP issues the command and receives the MultiTech error - it simply moves on. The command does not effect the operation of the modem itself. The problem lies in the way that the Wavecom chipset that is integral to the MultiTech modem implements the AT Command set on it's CDMA devices. If you're interested, use Hyperterminal and issue the "Extended Error Code" command to the CDMA device by entering AT+CMEE=1. After you receive the "OK", issue the AT+CMGF=1 command. Now you will see the modem's error code. the NPP (and PageGate) implementation of the AT command set is as per the GSM specification - the CDMA devices available do not adhere to these standarsa exactly. That being said, we have installed numerous CDMA and GSM devices from MultiTech along with NPP and PageGate - on all cellular networks. There is virtually no degredation in performance found_________________
