Webgate recipients not updating

How do I force Webgate to refresh the recipient list.
I made changes in PG Admin & the changes don't seem to be pushing out to the Webgate page when viewed in IE 7.0
Currently running PG v 5.0

Well, with IE, you have to do a 'force refresh' (hold shift and click refresh) to view new website content. Otherwise IE pulls from the local cache instead, in most cases.

It appear that the changes I'm making in Admin aren't pushing through to the internet.
I've changed a couple of phone numbers & the original recipient is still getting pages not the changed person. Nothing changes on the webpage either.
Suggestions ??

When you send messages to the changed recipient through ADMIN (Right click on recipient name, send messae) - does it go to the proper person? If yes, Are you certain that yout webform is pointing at the correct database?
