Cheapest cell phone plan to park a phone number I want to keep but will probably never use? I have an old cell phone number that I just don't want to let go of but I'll hardly ever use so I'm looking for a cell phone plan that's cheap and bare bones. This number might get used once or twice a year and that's it. Any suggestions?

Not quite, though I'm not really sure you have the right community on which to post the question. Our software is an SMS messaging solution... when it comes to the actual cel phones and plans, we mostly leave that up to the client.
