If a modem is installed for outgoing SMS can it be chosen for a particular group or set of #'s or carrier depending on user int profile? SNPP is unavailable for a carrier and we are needing to get some resolution. However SMPP is .

In PageGate, the Recipient ties to the carrier. The Carrier determines the protocol.

So, if you had a Cellular Modem hooked up to your computer and you had one or two carriers set to use the GSM-AT protocol but the rest were configured to use SNPP/WCTP/SMTP, the program's only going to use the Cellular Modem for recipients on the two GSM-AT carriers.
