Hello,
I want send sms by tatung gsm modem that connected by serial cable to pc, the protocol that I use is GSMAT,
We I send message “Error sending packet” appear. The diale log is below, please help me.

Drop the "0" from the ID on the recipient device

Our national number format is: 09126222113 and international format is: +989126222113
I tested with another 2 cases:
1- Recipient ID: +989126222113
2- Recipient ID: 9126222113 and I set 0 as prefix number in Modem properties.
In these two cases I had same error: “Error sending packet”

Can you please guide me?

Since you are using the device via AT commands, there should be nothing set in modem properties - leave it blank
