We recently installed PageGate on our server and some local computers, and I am setup as the admin.

I am looking to create different groups to be viewable only to certain users. I have various users and groups set up but I don't know how to allow only certain users to view certain groups. Is this possible?

For example. I have 4 groups.

Group 1
Group 2
Group 3
Group 4

I want User Tom to be able to view Group 1 and Group 2, but User Tom should not be able to page users in Group 3 and Group 4.

Is this possible?

You can create Display Groups in the PageGate Admin, then populate each Display Group with whover should be seen for certain people.

Then all you have to do is lock the GUI Client(s) to the Display group(s) that you want the users to be able to see.

Thanks for your prompt response. I understand the first half of this, and understand what is supposed to be done, but am not sure where to go to choose the groups for the users to see.

Once you create the display group(s), open the GUI Client and go to File - Setup. Once you're in the setup, you should see the Display Group option and be able to set it to whichever display group you want.
