PageGate Mail Server fails to start

When PageGate attempts to start the mail server service a Windows 1067 error occurs. This does not occur when PageGate does not run as a service. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the PageGate software (v5.09)

Was the PageGate package installed with the PC logged in as ADMINISTRATOR? (NOT a user with administrative privledges - the actual Windows ADMINISTRATOR account). Each time I have seen the problem you describe - it was corrected by reinstalling the package from the actual ADMIN account
