I there,

I try to use usb modem and it doesn't seem to work. I query my modem and it respond. When I use sendpage32 to test it failed.

My environment is:

Win2k in vmware using anywhereusb + conexant usb modem
pagegate 4

What make and model of modem are you using and to which COM port did it install in Windows?

The make and model of the modem is Conexant HCF USB Modem on COM3.

If you go into the PageGate Admin and go to Connectors - Dialer 1 - Settings, is the Serial Port field at the bottom set to 3? If not, it should be. Also, direct connect should NOT be checked.
