Alternative SMTP relay server

I want to use a SMTP relay alternatively to the default ic-relay.materna-com.de. Unfortunately the one I have in mind requires authentication. How can I configure this with PageGate 5.0.8 ? I couldn't find anything which would allow me to define user credentials for that.

Open the PageGate Admin and go to the Carriers section. If you click on the + next to Settings, you shoudl see an Advanced section. In the Advanced section, you should see the Auth|Pass field. To enter the credentials into that field, you'll need to enter it as follows:

username|password

The | is a pipe character created by hitting Shift+\
