I have inherited an old PageGate 4 system running on Windows 2000. I have not convinced everyone that we need to replace it yet, so I have to make due. I have a problem though. I cannot add a carrier. When I right click on Carriers, I get nothing. When I select Carriers, and then do a CTRL+N, I get nothing. I cannot find any documentation on the version 4 of this product. Is there something I need to do differently to add a carrier?

This may sound like a random question but when you open the PageGate Admin, are you prompted for a password?

The password you were given doesn't have Master Administrative rights. It doesn't have the ability to add a carrier... are there any other password you were given?

That was the only one. Is there a default password for everything, or a way to check and see how many passwords there are?

If you would, email your contact information to support at notepage dot com and we can discuss the security options in better detail.

I haven't received the email, yet. Can you resend, please? I want to make sure my spam filter didn't grab it.
