I am in the process of rolling out our new V5 system and am encountering intermittent issues with the SNPP-in funtionality. At various times, without warning the SNPP service will stop on the server. I cannot find a pattern so far, but the log is attached. I am also concerned that the log states "Running as an evaluation version", as we did buy the full license for PageGate and all optional modules.

I hope to use the SNPP-in functionality from various network applications, so it would be helpful to know that I've set it up correctly and it's ready to go.

Ah, the trouble you're running into is (as shown in the log) that the SNPP Server thinks it's the Eval version. To fix this, open the snpp.ini file in the PageGate Program directory and add this line to the very end of the file:

; Registration Information
Registration=XXXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX

Replace the X's with your registration key.

Save the snpp.ini file and restart the SNPP server.
