Within the past 72 hours when I send a test there is a disclaimer at the end of the messages like in your standard email from work.
This is causing an additional 4 to 5 text pages being sent due to the length,
Does anyone have any idea how this was added and how to remove it.

If you have a look in the Connector1/Dialer1 log file (PageGate Admin - Connectors - Connector1/Dialer1 - Log), do you see the disclaimer being transmitted by PageGate itself?

no it is not being sent in the page itself

If it isn't being sent by PageGate then it's being added by the mail server. You'll need to contact whoever runs your mail server and ask them if that function/feature can be disabled.
