Everything was working fine. then i registered the product, now I receive and error message when opening GUi client. 'Unable to synchronize time with scheduler. Using local time." The date and time appear in red, and all attempts to page sit in the pending que. The GUI client appears to be pointing at the correct database. Anyone have a fix?

The date/time on the GUI Client appears red when that instance of client can't see the pagegate server. Either there is a permissions issue or the server is not running.

Thanks- you were correct. The server was not running. But- I still have a problem. The server stopped the moment I registered the product. All attempts to start the server have failed. The registration seemed to go smoothly. It has me stumped.

Just to verify - make sure the version number of the installed software is the same as the registration key. (I have seen your symptoms when a v5 reg key is installed on a v4 server)

The versions are the same, ver 5, but I did complete the registration process on a client PC...but i cant see where that would make a difference. Thank you very much for taking the time to help.
