Sudden failure of service

Hello,

The PageGate GetWeb was suddenly failed last night and the PageGate server was failed in the smae way yesterday.

The log doesn't tell the reason except that it was stopped.

The web server was working fine and the all dialers were running properly.

Are there any other ways to check what is going on? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Did it stop at an odd time - or - did it perform it's normal stop at midnight and fail to re-start. If the latter, I've seen this occasionally when a WIndows and/or antivirus update occurs

It happened during the day (around 12:10 pm) and after midnight. Maybe the second failure is what you meant.
I will check with my co-worker to see if there is any Windows activity at that time.
