Modem dialer problem

Hello~

One of the dialers which connects to the modem causes a problem once a while. I wonder if anyone had this issue, or can suggest anything to me.

The PageGate reset the dialers every midnight. And once a while (almost once a month) the dialer with modem does not start properly and let the modem hang over.

I checked the log file but nothing about the modem problem.
Just the log file for that dialer is not created.

Please help me out.

Just to verify, are you using version 4 or version 5?

What type of modem are you using and is it an internal or an external modem?

According to my collegue, the driver was not installed properly for the specific modem.
We changed the modem and it has been working so far.
