Group won't show up in webpage

I have created a group in PG Admin and assigned recipients to that group. However, the group won't show up in webgate. What do I need to do to get that group in the list?

You'll need to make sure this new group is a member of the group the web paging is based on.

So, let's say our new group is called Dispatchers and the web paging group is called Webpaging. The Dispatchers group needs to be a member of the WebPaging group.
