Scheduling Problem in the 12 O'Clock Hour

I am trying to schedule a page to be sent out today at noon. Every time I click options set the date for 2/27/08 at 12:00 PM and click apply When I check scheduled messages it says it's going to send it out at 2/28/08 12:00am. I've tried two different computers with the same result. One 2003 Server, One XP SP2. If I select 1pm it does it fine. Is this some sort of Bug?

This is actually a known issue within the Scheduling feature of the client and is something we're working to address. Right now, my best recommendation woul dbe to schedule the message for 11:59 AM or 12:01PM because the problem only ever occurs with the 12:00 variable.

is it the problem of computer system?
the foolish but easy way is to install the computer again,i think.
