I think my router is not letting me send pages out. What settings do i need to set it to for the Notepager Pro to work?

It depends on which protocols you're using but I can tell you which ports need to be open in order for the messaging to go through properly.

SNPP uses port 444
SMTP uses port 25
WCTP uses port 80
