Good Afternoon,
Much like loudon911 below, I have a system that is also a 911 center and is experiencing delays in pages being processed. I can see that there are 3 dialers being used as I look at the PageGate Monitor. There are frequently 50 recipients being paged at once and time where there are overlapping calls resulting in even more.
It appears that there are 15 connectors on the system, but I do not think they are all being accessed.
Can you tell me what logs I could send to you to get your assistance in making better use of the system.
There is great concern that Emergency Responders are not getting notified in a timely manner.
Thank you.

Louden currently only has 1 dialer licensed - they just submitted the request for an additional one. PageGate comes with 1 licensed, and can drive up to 16 connectors. Additional connectors are available for $100.00 each_________________ Aaron D. Osgood

Oddly enough, it appears that modem style connections are being processed faster than the internet pages.

Verizon's SMTP host is experiencing some really serious connection issues. It's taking their SMTP host between 15 and 45 seconds to accept any given connection request.

TAP would be a better option for Verizon messaging_________________ Aaron D. Osgood

I am a 911 center too, and we use pagegate for paging with 1 connector, which is primarily verizon.
Your best bet is probably going to be using the TAP protocol to connect to verizon.
