How do you have it configured to retrieve the email? Is it configured in the Email options of a specific user or do you have PageGate tied to a domain? |

I'd recommend undoing the Domain pop function in GetMail. Domain Pop is used to collect, well, a whole domain's worth of information.
You have the right idea, using the Email section for the recipient but the Mailbox name actually refers to something completely different. What you want to configure is the POP Mail Collection.
The POP Mail Collection section under the Email sub-section of your recipients allows you to tell PageGate to check an email address and, if there are any messages in the mailbox, send them to the recipient or group. |
