Unable to send any SMTP messages

We installed NotePager Pro on a new computer. We have the same software on several other computers. After installation, we imported the recipient and carrier lists. On the new computer, I am unable to send any SMTP mesasges. All other messages send fine. In testing the connection with the wizard, the SMTP test passed. Below is the dialer log I am getting with the failed message:

Your Exchange Server is refusing the connection.

Contact whoever administrates the SMTP server 172.30.15.32 and ask them if they can either add the IP address of the PC running NotePager Pro to the Allowed Relay list or ask them if Authentication is required to send messages through the SMTP server.
