Is there a setting in PageGate to receive more detailed information in the logs on the conversation between pagegate and a text messaging provider?

In the PageGate Admin, go into the Logging - Settings section and make sure that the program is set for Detailed or Debugging logging.

Also, if it doesn't exist, you'll want to create a completely blank text document named modem.dbg in the main Pagegate program directory.
