| I have been using Notepager Pro for a few years now and for some reason within the last week the messages I send to people with Sprint as their carrier have stopped going through. It tells me that they were successful but the recipients haven't been receiving the messages. Are there any recent changes that I need to be aware of?

| That's really strange... generally, if the Sprint host accepts the messages, they'll deliver to them the phone. If you would, please email your npp.log file to support at notepage dot com - I'd like to see if there is any indication in the log file. |

I apologize for cross posting...but I am having this exact problem with Pagegate. The message shows Successful but I never receive the message on my Sprint Phone. I set up a forwarding address from a different e-mail and I receive the messages fine to my phone, just not direct.

| We had this same problem but with US Cellular. All messages were going through SMTP. Couldn't find a problem with any settings or anything on either end. Finally noticed that the date and time on the computer was ahead by a few days. Once I reset the date to the correct date and time everything started working fine again. I guess it's possible that when a server receives a message that is dated in the future it might reject it? Just letting you know what worked for us.
