can't move to process directory

Converted our Pagegate machine netware to windows; made logonid local Admin; but we get error "Unable to move ASCII file to process directory". I know the polling directory, but how do I find the process directory?

The Process directory is underneath the polling directory in the directory tree. That error, though, generally means that you're polling directory is a network or protected location and that the GetAscii system service doesn't have the appropriate credentials to fully access the ascii files.
