Getmail Problem

Okay - we have noticed this happen on a few occasions. The Getmail Module checks the server every 1 minute. It seems that if there are more than 1 message waiting to be collected the system will not send the messages. The Getmail will collect it from the POP3 Account and then simply discard it or reject it .... I'm curious if anyone else has seen this problem. It has only happened when the server has 2 or more messages waiting to be pulled .....

Okay - This has become quite a problem. We have lost several messages in the past week. It seems that when there are 2 messages at once, Pagegate Deletes one or both messages when it pulls from the Mail Server ..... Any Ideas ?

Couple of questions (ok, maybe 3):

Are you using Domain POP Collection or do you have POP collection setup for individual recipients?

Do you have PageGate setup to remove messages off the server once they are collected, or not?

What are the version numbers on the pggmail.exe and pgmailserver.exe files?

We have Domain POP Enabled

We have had this problem both with Remove Mail Checked and unChecked .... It has most recently been Checked.

Version 5.0.0.2 on pggmail.exe

Version 5.0.2.0 on pgmailserver.exe
