slow response to paging

We use our paging system for emergency response to medicals, fire,etc. On our first test it took 2hrs for some people to get their page. Is there any way to speed this up? What is the fastest way to configure this in the system? Will a group page work faster?

It really depends on how you're sending the messages and to which carriers you're sending as to why there might be that great a delay. If you would, email your contact information to support at notepage dot com, I think it might be a little easier to go over via phone, at least for some initial information.
