I am having problems connecting to the Iwarn system. (10digitnumber@iwarn.com)
using SMTP through DNS...message always comes back failed will not be retried. What can I do to fix problem. Address works fine from email.

If you would, please email your npp.log file to support at notepage dot com - We'd like to have a look at it to see what error(s) you might be receiving.
